Construction is typically completed within 14-16 months from commencement by our sister company Tharu WP Pvt. Ltd., a trusted construction partner with an established track record on Sri Lanka's south coast. Timing can vary depending on weather conditions, material availability and any buyer-requested design changes. Buyers receive weekly progress updates and are welcome to visit the site during the build.

Yes - for all our projects a complete furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) package is included within the villa price, ensuring each home is delivered fully functional and operationally ready from day one.
